Plan2Teach
Licensing

Simple access for teachers. School control when it matters.

Plan2Teach is being designed around named licensed users and organisation-managed access rather than shared passwords or teacher-owned AI keys.

Pilot access

Invite only

Pilot access is currently issued to named teachers so Plan2Teach can be demonstrated and evaluated with real teaching materials. Final pilot terms and pricing have not been published.

School licence

The intended production model is a school or trust licence with a defined seat allowance, administrator controls and the school's approved identity/AI provision.

How licensing works

  • Each teacher signs in as themselves; accounts are individually licensed.
  • Administrators can activate or deactivate seats rather than sharing credentials.
  • Google is the first identity provider. Microsoft 365 support is planned.
  • External pilot users can join with a one-time administrator-generated invite code, then sign in by email magic link without needing a Google account.

Nothing on this page is a quotation or contract. Commercial terms, support levels and production data-processing arrangements still need to be finalised before wider deployment.
